On May 25th, the Realme X50 Pro Player Edition will be presented alongside other Realme products. The new model should appeal primarily to gamers. An entry on the website of the Chinese certification authority TENAA lists the model under the name RMX2072.

The Snapdragon 865 chip sets the pace for the X50 Pro Player Edition. Depending on the option, it should be supported by 6 GB, 8 GB or 12 GB RAM, in addition there are possible memory variants of 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB of internal memory.

The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition will boast a 6.44-inch Full HD + AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1,080 × 2,400 pixels. An in-display fingerprint scanner is available for unlocking. The selfie camera is under a double punch hole.

48 Megapixel Camera & 5G Ready


The Pro Player Edition uses a 48 MP lense as the main camera, and the triple set-up also offers an 8 MP and a 2 MP lens. In the front, a main camera with 16 MP and a 2 MP sensor are responsible for selfies.

Connectivity features include 5G SA / NSA with two modes, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS with two frequencies, NFC and USB Type C. The battery is expected to be 4,200 mAh or more.
The dimensions of the gaming device will be 159 x 74.2 x 8.9 mm and a weight of 209 grams. 

The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition should come in dark black, silver, white and possibly a red colour option will also be available.

According to rumours, the price should be around £389.99 with the configuration 8 GB RAM / 128 GB. 
This new handset is incredible value for money and is expected to become available in Europe this year.
